Born in
1980, Jonathan Ellson has been interested in music for many
years. Another hobby has been the amateur theatre, and it was
his
experiences in that field that led to his becoming interested more
widely in music and particularly in composition. Jonathan
graduated from Coventry University in 2004 with an upper second class
degree in Music Composition and Professional Practice. He
works
as a freelance musician, writing, teaching and undertaking both
rehearsal accompaniment and musical direction for the amateur theatre.
A member of the British Musicians' union, and of
the Northamptonshire Composers' Association,
he is able to undertake projects in any style of music, as is evident
from his scores, which can be seen on this site on the Scores
for Sale pages and also at SibeliusMusic.com.
He is willing to enter into discussions about any project which you may
have and is always looking for new projects to undertake.
All scores are
produced using either Finale or Sibelius Software and are printed to a high
standard of traditional presentation. See the Services
page for further information on what Jonathan provides.
To keep in touch with new scores added to this site, keep an eye on the
news pages, or why not join the mailing list?
